What this policy covers

This policy explains how Acuteon handles personal information collected through acuteon.com. It does not cover information Acuteon processes on behalf of a client under a separate agreement; that processing is governed by the terms of that engagement.

Information we collect

Acuteon collects the information you provide directly through the contact form: your name, organization, work email address, role, country, selected area of interest and the content of your message.

Our hosting infrastructure processes standard technical information required to serve the site, including IP address, browser user agent and requested URL. This information is used to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of correspondence with your organization. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact submissions for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, Acuteon relies on its legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you have provided it, your consent.

Retention

Contact submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and maintain a record of the enquiry, and thereafter in line with Acuteon’s record-keeping obligations. You may request earlier deletion.

Sharing

Acuteon shares personal information only with service providers that operate the site and its communication systems, and where required by law. Service providers act on Acuteon’s instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

International transfers

Acuteon operates internationally. Information you submit may be processed in countries other than the one in which you are located. Where required, Acuteon applies appropriate safeguards to those transfers.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, write to the address below.

Acuteon applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information it holds. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and Acuteon cannot guarantee absolute security.
